When you contact us or request a quote: your name, company, role, phone number, email address, project address, and whatever you tell us about the work. If you use the upload field, we also receive the photographs and documents you send.

Automatically, when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, bank account details, card numbers or passwords. Please do not send them.

To answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out work, keep records of projects, and improve the website. We also use it to contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or text.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with service providers who operate our website, email, phone and customer records systems on our behalf; subcontractors or suppliers where that is necessary to carry out your project; and professional advisers, or where the law requires it.
