This site describes the metal fabrication and installation services we offer and allows you to contact us or request a quote. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work, a price quotation, or a contract. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Any prices, plan rates or figures shown on this site are indicative and may change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate for your specific project, after we have reviewed the scope and, where needed, taken field measurements. Descriptions of our services are general; what we can do on a given project depends on site conditions, access, and the agreed scope.

KK&M Ironworks Inc. performs light structural and ornamental metal work only. We do not perform heavy structural steel, primary load-bearing systems, high-rise framing, bridge work, or large-scale structural assemblies. We do not provide engineering or architectural design services, and we do not obtain permits. Those are the responsibility of the property owner, general contractor, or a licensed design professional.

When you submit a quote request you may send us photographs, drawings, measurements and other project documents. By sending them you confirm that you have the right to do so, and you permit us to use them for the purpose of reviewing, pricing and carrying out the work. We handle what you send according to our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us Social Security numbers, bank account details, card numbers or passwords through this site.

We keep this site as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but it is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, and we are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of information found here.

The text, photographs, designs and logos on this site belong to KK&M Ironworks Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering or managing a project with us. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KK&M Ironworks Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under New York law, and nothing here affects the terms of any signed contract for work, which govern that work.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about this website is to be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
